Ok, after doing a good deal of searching, I'm officially confused. I plan on doing some tuning on my car tomorrow with a tmo and an safc, so I need to make sure I'm getting started on the right foot.
First Question:
What is the Base Fuel Pressure on a 1g 6 bolt Turbo? What sould I see with the vaccum hose on? And what should I see with the vaccum hose off?
Second Question:
I'm getting what seems to be fuel cut on my car that really puzzles me. Anytime I go WOT, the car pulls strong, but then hits a brick wall at 5900 rpms. My mods are:
Big 16g @ 15psi
2g MAS
Walbro 255 HP
510cc Injectors
Apex S-AFC(zero across the board)
Spoolin Up AFPR(38psi@idle with vaccum hose on!)
Stock SMIC
Greddy Type S
Dejon Tool Intake Pipe with K&N Filter
Lots of other supporting mods
I think I may be actually getting too much fuel, and getting fuel cut like symptoms. I don't think I have any boost leaks, but plan to check again tomorrow. Thanks for any help everyone.
