AEM 2g AEM EMS with 6 bolt swap

Does anyone have the AEM EMS that also has 1g in a 2g. I am curious as to how the AEM EMS handles the random misfires caused from using a 1st gen CAS on the 2g?

Have you encountered any other problems with the EMS that should be known before purchasing one?

It has been done, I know that much. I use the proefi which is the precursor to the ems and just finished a 1g in a 2g. It fired up on the first try. I'm pretty sure neither of the systems would show a random misfire code, hell, I don't even think the proefi is capable of lighting of the CEL.
