I am having an issue where my car will bog right down at WOT past about 3500 rpm. I dont have a log, but I am running 8psi. I am seeng loads up to 200 and airflow hz @ 1300. I suspect i have a boost leak, but i cant get the stuff to make a tester until friday. Anyone else have any ideas

not a boost leak.....found time to make and test today. What else could it be? Possibly spark blowing out from weak coils? COP ignition btw.

I would suspect that your injectors may be scaled wrong and you are going pretty rich or pretty lean. I was having rich issues until I switched my scaling to 542 from 513 to account for the difference in fuel pressure between the evo8 and the 2g. I have no idea what your Galant runs stock for a fuel pressure but it is worth checking out. This is for your Galant with the evo8 ecu right?

This is on my galant. I have 450cc inj, with a 2g fp regulator. I swapped back to my 2g ecu to see if it was my evo ecu tune.....problem is still there with both ecu's. There is no smoke. Wideband is reading about 11.5 when this starts happening. It starts right about 6-7 psi 5psi is fine. Won't work thru it either. No knock at all. I am really starting to think it may be bad plugs or weak spark, but I am open to suggestions

Have you checked your timing? I'm assuming you've logged for knock. 11.5 is a little bit lean for my tastes but some people run that lean without problems. What heat range plugs are you running?

this is only at 6 psi, so 11.5 isnt too bad. Stock heat range plugs. I am going to double check the gap tomorrow.
