Looking up that turbo quickly on PTE's site it looks like it's about 55 lbs/min. The 190 is too small for this turbo, the 255lp is borderline, and the 255hp will support it with enough headroom to be comfortable with it.
The 660s are too small as well. 750s are the minimum you can run, but those will see 100% IDCs if you max the turbo out, so you might as well go bigger. With DSMlink there is no compelling reason to run anything smaller than the ~1000cc-ish injector of your preference.
2G's do have a bigger issue with return line over-run, anything 255lp and up will over run it (whether or not you notice it or care about it). The simple upgrade is to run a 3/8th inch hose barb on the regulator's output, to a short piece of 3/8ths fuel line, to a length of 3/8th brake line (~5 foot lengths available at autoparts stores for ~4 bucks), to another short piece of 3/8th rubber hose to the tank fitting (either clamp it down hard (it's low pressure) or build a fancy adapter that drops it to the stock size of 1/4 inch that won't restrict flow).
