Never taken my car to a dyno in the 2 years I've had it and now that I got my stuff installed I really want to check it out.

What can I accomplish by taking it to a dyno without any kind of tuning device? Is there ANYWAY that I will be able to get it tuned or any problems diagnosed without one?

You will get an dyno sheet 3+ runs of what your car can do, boost, afr, and tq/hp.
From there you can get your next mods or tune it when you get something to do it with.
DSMLink(or some variant of laptop tuning) and a wideband will get you tons of results!

You could adjust the fuel pressure and the base ignition timing. I wouldn't reccomend it though.
