chip upgrade options

What options do I have for upgrading my computer? I would like to get the dsmlink but after buying a 95 chip+upgrade its like $800 bucks or so a little more than I'd like to spend(right now). Let me know what you use and how you like it, pros, cons, ease of use & installation.

There really is no such thing as a "chip" for the 4g63. The DSMLink is a little pricey and isnt for everyone. It does offer some great features though. A very cheap yet effective solution is a safc. I just got one on ebay for 300 shipped

If you want a chip for your '99 you will need a '95 ecu anyways. And yes there is a company (g-force) that does it and seems to do it well.
