2g MAS - 3g MAS converion wire harness plug?

A good person told me about a 3g converion plug adapter for the 2g MAS. I would like to convert from a MAF-T to the 3g MAS. Does any one know where to get this MAS adapter?

Thanks,

Brent W.

If you dont mind me asking, why would you want to swap out a MAFT for a 3g maf? Pull through they flow exactly the same, blowthru the MAFT is better.

Also, if you can get your hands on the 3g MAF plug, the wiring is the exact same as the 2g so it would be as easy as just swapping one wire at a time until you have them all wired in.

because tuning with a mas is easier imo to get it dialed in really well, plus compensation for the 3G mas is really simple in dsmlink

I like to try new things, in search of improvement. There are some things I don't care for in the GM MAF set up. A good thing a about the 3g MAS is that you can not set it wrong. If the spool-up suffered to much I would go back to the GM MAF in blow through.

Yeah, i know what you mean about MAFT's , mine always a shithead in the rain or when its really moist out, the car acts funny. I had the EVO maf on my 1g and it was pretty bad ass, much more consistent. The only thing i would look at was in terms of restriction. If your running less than a 30r or 35r then i would say that it would be more practical and a little better for driveablility. And beings your runing a 16g its probably going to not yield any losses, just better gains for a DD car.

A restriction is a restriction, reguardless of how much air is trying to pass that restriction. Therefore, someone trying to eck max power out of a turbo even a 16g, the maft blow thru set up is better, and thus why im eventually going blow thru.

Now i have heard of other little gremlins popping up with running the GM set up.
The 3g/ evo8 mas is an excellent mas. Ive ran it before and its much better than the 2g mas i have on my car right now, with much better air flow thru it. I wish i didnt sell it and was still running it. Wiring is exactly the same as the 2g like SBR joe said, and this mas allows you to retain your stock 1g rubber intake arm if you still have one of those, instead of needing a customization, or a oval shaped metal intake for the 2g mas.

Thats why i asked why hes switching setups. lol. i dont want to call it "down grading" because the EVO MAF rocks, but in a sense it is. Still creating more of a restriction pre turbo than having blow thru.
