I have and AEM 30-1313u Evo 8 ECU to use in my 1995 Eagle Talon TSi fwd.
There are 8 different pins in the 2 ECUs. My problem are only 3 of them

The Talon ECU pin 52 I have ign. timing adj. connector, I don`t have this in the Evo pinout, what can I do?

The Talon ECU pin 56 data link connector (high side driver 3), same problem, there are other data link but this are correct.

The Talon ECU pin 87 throttle position switch, the Evo doesn`t have this too..

Also I have a 5 bar sensor and a AIT too.

As I live in Argentina, is very difficult to find someone who can help me with this problem.

Thanks

The AEM EMS does not look at the closed throttle switch. It calculates 0% throttle position when you do the Set Throttle Range under the Configure-ECU Setup menu.

On the EMS it does not use a wire or pin to fix timing to set base timing. To fix timing to set base ignition timing you just set the timing cells to something fixed. Put everything to 10 degrees for example temporarily and then back again when you are finished.

Well, i don't know much about the evo's ECU pins and where they go, but i would think the pinouts from it compared to the pinouts from the car you're trying to stick it in are probably different. You'll have to look at the AEM ECU's pinouts adn your car's pinouts and make sure everything matches up.

I wire up a lot of stand alones and my biggest complaint on the plug-n-play AEM's is that when you change a few things or get rid of some of the emissions crap or want to change up something you have to completely figure out how to do it and go through and see what pins you have to change and what you have to configure to add or delete something from the car. The only thing i really like about it, is the self tuning features on light load driving, it does a great job.
