3rd gear pop, pegs rich

Alright my profile is up to date on mods.

1st gear pulls great i get a 10.9 a/f and its an 85 degree day...most of the summer thats the temp.
2nd gear pulls great as well...a/f dips a hair to around 10.8

Now third and 4th are my problem, most of the time i cant get to 4th i give up by then.

My a/f pegs rich 10.0 and pops...

1st thought was tuning, i have my maf translator turned way down along with the safc...i still cant bring it up much more under boost then 10.9

I thought it was blowing out spark so i got a new set of plugs, 1st pull was good threw all gears, second sucked started to bog in 3rd again

Im positive my clutch isnt slipping
also sure there are no boost leaks
greddy bov is tightened down to where it needs to be

So im debating on a fpr to help bring down fuel pressure, which i dont have a gauge now to know what im running, nor a datalogger which i hopefully will be getting soon.

Suggestions would be great.

I wouldn't make anymore passes until you got that datalogger so you could see whats going on.
