I am tuning with 680's and SAFC, big 16g
6 bolt block, 2g head with 1g CAS, so I can adjust timing.
Is there any trick to adjusting timing? Can you simply just losen the bolts and adjust the CAS or is there anything special you need to do?
My problem:
I have my highs dialed in perfect, could do pulls at 11psi with no timing retard in 2nd and 3rd, so I turned up the boost a little. First gear and second gear pull amazing. 3rd gear doesnt, so I did a log and I am getting a LOT of timing pulled in 3rd gear, but none in second. Has anyone had this problem?
I am thinking maybe I need to retard timing since i get 27 degrees by redline.
