Injector pulse
20.000ms is "max"?How does a car run 20.513@1606Hz,11 knock ,14lbs.,.55 volts O2,17 DEG timing Running 510's .I take it I need to upgrade them.Im trying for 20 lbs of boost on a B16G then going Mutt.Should I get 550's or 660's.The car starts knocking like crazy after that.Im going to get those Cold plugs tomorrow to see if that works.

You need a reference rpm when you said 20ms. It would mean 100% DC at 6000rpm but only 50% DC at 3000rpm. It's funny why to O2 reading show you running lean even at low boost w/ 510 injectors. What fuel pump do you have?

Walbro 190,@42 psi and running Full fuel system upgrade(Aeromotive FPR,Stainless steel braided lines),The Voltmeter o2 reading is .90v.0.55 was pocketlogger voltage.5406rpms was the # And it seems like as soon as the injectors hit 20.513 ms ,the number goes down as the knock goes up

fuel controller? if so slow that mas signal down your letting the computer see way to much air for the amount of fuel you have, and where do you get braided fuel line, I need to run a -somthing line in spring?.
Good luck

I got the fittings and the lines from JEGS.I have an afc so too much air reading makes for higher MS?If I lower the settings the O2 raedings go down like to .88v

Very possible. Higher hz yield more air mass which require more fuel. What's wrong with .88v if it does not knock? Use O2 reading with a grain of salt. Tune by good timing advance curve and min knock sums.

injector pulse should be a smooth curve not all eratic if so the injectors MIGHT be breaking up because of the high duty cycle, but try slowing the mas signal down(afc) where the pulse width is high, the only thing that will happen is the ECU will cut timing, my Galant ran -30% for most of the HT settings with Walbro 255 HP @48psi and 750cc injectors 25psi pump gas Mutt 1. good luck

I have also been loging that in the top of third gear is when I get into knocks now.Instead of it happening in every gear and thats after BPR7ES installed. So should I turn the afc down alittle bit right when that happens?
