Anybody have the dsmlink and live in cali

I was looking at the dsmlink and i think i want to get it. But i live in sourthen cali. And i no that dsmlink modifies the ecu. Does this have any affect on emissions or the visaul inspection. Please tell me i can pass and still get this?

I dont live in cali but would be more than willing to help you out. It will pass visual and should pass emissions but you would need to ask them directly about that one. There is nothing visually that changes about anything but your car unless you open up the ecu and see the dsmlink chip. Hope that helps.
