wire?????

i have a wire thats comes out the same loom with the oil pressure switch its plain yellow and is a single wire can some help figure where it goes.
the car has a 1g 6bolt motor swap i was told. but its still a factory wire harness from a 98 gst. it has voltage going though the wire a light tester

Should be the power steering wire. If it still has a 2g power steering pump there will be a small nipple on top of the pump that the wire pushes onto. If its got a 1g pump (not likely) the nipple we be on the front of the pump.

Make sure you pull back the little rubber cover to check thay the end is still there and crimped semi tight.

the only spot on the powerstering is apiece that look like metal shaft on top. i think it a 1st gen

If its on top its a 2g pump. The nipple should be behind the high pressure line on top. Plug it in and your good to go.
