WTB: Affordable 1G Daily Driver turbo DSM. Baker

So I am looking for a turbo DSM 5 Speed in the bakersfield, CA area that is in good enough mechanical shape to be a daily driver. Stockish preferred... faded ugly paint not a big deal as long as the body lines up and car runs great.

Preferences other than mentioned:

1. Cheap
2. Smogged and tagged
3. Stockish


Open to any suggestions as well.

Obviously I also like the 2Gs but I know they run a bit more money.
