It was a fun day. The DSM turnout seems to be getting better these days. I almost ran a 12 on 91 octane in the California heat with a serious headwind. Some pretty good times were turned by other Eclipses, Talons, and Galants about. It was a pretty good day even though it was hot, windy, and crowded.

Dont feel bad, my first run was a 16.2@95. Last run was a 12.8@114. Still have a lot to go, I should be to the 11's next time. I need to work on the summer heat tuning, and work on my 2step and launch.

I am setting up a clutch switch this weekend, so I can get my 2step back in order, Damn VSS and 1g's .

Once you get that Galant to launch properly it should turn some real good E.T.s trapping like that.

I just hope that the next one isn't super hot and it would be nice to not have to drive into a 20mph wind.

Next one is June 14th. However a bunch of us aren't going to make it to this one because we are going to Vegas to meet up with the Vegas Bound DSM guys. You can see the other thread about that if you are interested.
