Okay so help me people, I either blew a rod bearing, or over floated a valve either way it doesnt sounds good at all, so I was wondering if you can give me some suggestion for both of those problems and what I should do, where I should get it done by and approx how much it would cost. I would really appreciate it thank you

It would help to describe what noise/problems you are experiencing to make you think there is a problem, When Julias spun a BS bearing, it had a hollow metal on metal tap. A valve will have more of a tinging tap. Both will increase with rpms, and slow at idle. More times than not, unless you are looking for a build up, it is going to be cheaper to buy a used longblock and just drop it in.

its more of a ting tap soo ###### overfloated a valve what u think i should do

I am actually running a rebuilt Kar King motor, and it runs perfect.
X2 on that.

I spun all four bearings and scored the crank. My turbo guy replaced the rod/main bearings with ACL Race $30 and $70 and then machined the crank and micropolished it for $200; the labor was roughly $1600. Good luck!

for turbos i would just replace the head, or replace all the rod bearings before driving it again... and as long as compression is still good the motor will last you a while..

but never worked on an NA
