IDRC Finals (Imports only) Nov. 12-13

This weekend is the IDRC finals at LACR, I am trying to make, does anybody else think they will be going? Hopefully I can take the talon into the 10's this weekend, if I can get traction

I think I may have talked to you on the phone, a few weeks back, I was considering the GM maf translater for my 1g talon.


Anyway, everything is looking good for me to take the talon out there, I am having the roll cage put in tomorrow, and I am getting some better tires(for the holeshot ).

Does anyone know what time I have to be there for registration?

nope, i'm just broke........killakev i know who you are......i built my motor and like a retard i have a milled head and didnt put a damn 4 layer headgasket in! timing the mug is a beyatch! i saw you when i picked up my transmission from GW/AWD!

Yeah, that was me, do you have the tool that they use at mitsubishi for taking off the timing belt? It screws in the back of the timing belt cover and releases the tension on the timing belt. I used it to to put the cams in the talon, it makes setting the timing a snap. You just got to make sure you set the cam gears with the timing arks on the crank pulley and you should be fine.
