Not my colorscheme but major props on the work and time spent!! Good job!! I am mounting a LCD scrtrenin teh airbag as well..can you send some close ups to me on that part? I have my idea set but inspiration is always good:)

please tell me the mount for the ps2 is just temporary, you could have custom mounted that somwhere, even like behind the passsenger seat or somthing, cause you have this extremly well done interior...then this little ghetoo stool with a ps2 on it.. just my opinion

i agree with the majority here.. awesome work, but tht blue jsut clashes way to much for me. a black or white would be my way to go, but hey props for being somehwat orignial. and i agree, the PS2 mount has to go, no offense, but it looks like you "ran outta time" and hadto finsih it for a show or somethin... but what i do wonder is, you know how PS2 turns on and off from the BACK. if you glass it in say your glovebox or something, how the hell do you turn it on?

before you mount the PS2, make sure the power switch is flipped to the on position. Then just make sure you buy a power inverter that has its own on/off switch and have that be accesible so that you can turn it on and off from there

I have a switch mounted underneath my radio, this turns that power inverter and the lcd screen on...
And like the fella said after your post, you leave the switch on in the back...
I dint run outta time, on the ps2 mount, but I couldnt see mounting it to that flimsy plastic that we have under the dash...
If someone has pics of something for inspiration, im all about it..

im sure it looks better in person but nice work anyway. i really like how the gauges light up(the a pillar ones), they look very badass imo. good luck with any shows you enter and congrats on finally finishing:dsm:

I've been watching for an update on your car. It' looks great to me. The colors really do grow on you after a while. I'm thinking about redoing my interior. My dash is starting to peel on the passenger side. So I'm going to get a whole new dash, some how. I don't know how much it'll hit me. But it really needs to be redone. Thinking all black. Black carpet, black ralliart wannabe seats and paint the interior panels black. Over all. An all black interior and keep the red exterior. But I have alot of time to think about it. Again, it looks great. The PS2 does look kinda tacky down there. If it would be possible I would have pulled out the glove compartment and mounted it in there some how.

Craftsmanship is AWESOME. What exactly did you do where the back seats used to be? I may like to do something like that, but with some black vinyl or whatever.

If you can post shots of that specific area and a description of what all you did.

People will hate on the colors but the work you did looks awesome

basically..
the rear section was flattened out with foam <instead of that tubbed look> this made the vinyl lay much better...
we cut a board out, to fit the first section where the amp is, vinyled it, and screwed small pieces of 2x4's in the corner to the metal of the car..
then we bolted the vinyled board to that..
We put foam in the middle, to damepen more vibrations etc..
the same was done for the front section, except we brought the front all the way down to the carpet, so its like 2 big boxes..
I am gonna put a see through plexiglass in the front, and put a zex kit in that first half behind the seats...
hope these pics help you out..

how did you secure your shift boot to the shift knob? I just installed a new Razo RA96 and the shift boot doesnt stay all the way at the top, I was gonna superglue it, but what did you use?
