I can get a excellent deal on a brand new 95 3000gt VR-4 fuel pump, Ive read quite a few reviews and posts about the vr-4 pump being nice upgrade for 2gs.. Im not intending on making a whole bunch of hp..around 300hp or so... right now i have:

1g head
full 3" exhaust
greddy hard pipes
K&N open element cone intake
act2100
HRC wastegate actuator for my T-25 set at 16PSI
plugs, wires

thats about it..
i plan on putting on a 14b because the t25 is flat out assclownish
and then a frontmount..

but thats about it..

so.. thoughts, ideas? any tips?

Well you may think the price you can get the pump for is good but may be able to get something better. Anyhow they are denso pumps, very quiet and are rated at 190lph which is a very nice upgrade. Im sure 300whp woudl be easily obtainable (with other mods of course LOL with that pump...

I got one sittin here waiting to go in too, I paid $100 shipped for the pump, Front and rear strut bars. Probly paid a little too much being as they are used, but oh well.
I figure I would of spend almost that much just for a Walbro 190.

im planning on putting one on my 1G. How much boost would i be able to run safely with the VR4 fuel pump? ..now im running 15psi on stock fuel system.

U just put mine in the other day..or rather..my girlfriend put it in*hehe* and it works well..is quiet....flows nicely and all. Will see how it holds up when the 660's and the FMIC and big16G goes in but..I think it will hold perfectly well.Install was a piece of cake really..just had to cut stock wires and solder them to the VR4 wires...but otehr then that...no biggie waht so ever.
