That's awesome, what kinda psi was he pushing?

Phew, and to think I was going to sell this turbo to get a 20G. It seems as if this turbo will take you into space the way this is going. What were the Hp/Tq numbers too? And the specs of the car would help...

Like 27 ish falling to around 24-25.

Congrats! I love seeing these small turbo's pushed to their limits. Gives those of us who have to be "budget" tuners some hope for good times.

Not bad. Only .02 quicker then Joes car but joe was on a small 16g. Can't wait to see more out of this car!

Yes but he sold it to my friend, (were all good friends) becasue he still wanted to run it, which he did, and wanted to keep it close by so he could hop in it and blast a pass down the track in it when he pleases. He wanted to take a break from it for a summer, but still wants to be around the car, since it was him that built it.

HA! And people didn't believe that it could be done. Granted the time was fun in a gutted race car, 454hp is damn impressive. I would like to see a dyno vid/graph.

It was in a 94 TSi. The cars not that gutted, its light but not terribly gutted...no back seats, factory leatehr seats in front (the sexy black ones), full dash, all panels in tact, glass windows and radio. Of course all the sound deadening material is gone and the useless metal supports and what not are gone. The car with driver and half tank of gas weighed 2800. I dont have a vid of the dyno but i will post up pics of the car in the next day or two, i need to go to my buddies house and shoot the pics and post them along with the list of mods.

You have to remember Joe's car is more than 600 POUNDS lighter and no where near a street car .
