Anyways, I just did a complete engine swap on my 91 gsx including a newly rebuilt shortblock with crower rods and ross pistons. I had my head completly rebuilt and installed a greddy 18g and 550 injectors. I have a fmic 255 pump intercooler piping 2600 act, etc. Anyways, this is my problem, At idle and while driving I have zero vacuum. Sometimes when I really get on it the guage jumps down to about 2 vacuum but that's about it! Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be? FOr the record....my boost gauge is hooked up correctly and works properly. The car doesn't boost at all either...but when I drive it it doesn't hesitate or buck at all. ALso, I can see and hear the turbo spooling up fine when I rev it at idle. Any help would be greatly appreciated...ANY IDEAS GUYS?!?!?

Does it feel like the trubo is doing it's job when you step on the gas?

I'm guessing not

No, I can't feel nor does it read any boost. I can't imagine what could be wrong? ANy oter ideas?

Perform a boost leak and a compression test, they should give you good indications on what could be in play.
