Pics are at the bottom and will be number-matched to steps below. This was used with a Palm M130 and may be differant with others units. Im sure they are all pretty much the same though.
1)First thing I did was take a trip to Autozone and buy a few simple things.
-Universal metal strapping (located in muffler/exhaust section)
-Stick-on velcro (near the misc. stuff)
2)Next thing you will want to do is cut a piece of the metal strapping to roughly 5 inches
3)You will be using the factory hole as seen below(pic 3a) so you need to shape the mount on that hole, bend it to wrap around the radio bezel, and finally straight at the end for hold the Palm unit(pic 3b). The final product is shown(pic 3c).
4)Take the velcro and place a strip on the back of the Palm unit and then place a matching strip on the mount.
5)I painted mine black so it would blend in a bit better.
6)Now we're onto the mounting. It is quite simple. Just bolt it into place as seen below(pic 6a) and then carefully replace the radio bezel(pic 6b)
7)Final pic is below
