In need of mechanic

Hi, I recently pulled the head out of my 95 gsT due to bent valves. I need a good and low price mechanic to do a valve/head job. I live in Hercules ca and would appreciate it if anyone in the bay area could point me in the right direction. Also what all should I get done when I take it to the shop? Thanks ahead of time for the advice.

With bent valves, the guides stand a chance of being cracked, if they are, they need/should be replaced.

With the valves that are replaced, use OE "6T" valves or a set of Stainless steel, avaid the shop oe grade replacement valves, they could be a 2 piece design and fail under hard use.
