This just came across one my local DSM boards. Thought some of you might be interested in seeing this.
History
Originally, car was constructed as a factory racecar by Eagle Motorsports. The Eagle Car Company constructed this particular car for Archer Brothers Racing to compete in the World Challenge Series as an Eagle Talon TSI. Willie Lewis was the driver and won the series in this actual car three (3) years consecutively in 94, 95, & 96. In 1997 Flis Motorsports purchase the car and converted it to a Mitsubishi GSX Rolex 24 Hour Dayton GT3. Car competed in 1998 and 1999 Rolex 24 Hour Races. 1998 car finished 10th in GT3, 24th overall and in 1999 car finished 16th in GT3, 39th overall. Due to Rolex rule changes car was never ran again. In 2003, Edsaid Racing purchase the car and immediately began a complete restoration of the car. Unfortunately, other racing projects and family matters have prevented this wonderful and unique car from being finished.
