ALL CARS ARE WELCOME

Last year we finished off the season on Autobahn south and it was a BLAST! We had TONS of track time and a really laid back atmosphere.

So lets do it again

  • We will have many instructors on staff to help polish your skills
  • AMS will be supplying an on site technician for any small repairs / diagnosis
  • All registrants will receive a free AMS T-shirt at the track.

Please call the shop to sign up. We are only allowing the first 80 cars to sign up. THATS IT!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This will fill up FAST!

Upon registering for the event you will be placed in a run group based on your skill level and sent a receipt and a track packet containing the details for the days event.

JUST ADDED

After some phone calls the past few days I have been able to offer an INSANE free raffle

Every entry to our track day will recieve a raffle ticket at the track for the following products:

Enduratech: One free set of STI or EVO VIII Coilovers

Performance Friction: One full set of Z Rated pads for an EVO or STI

Giro Disc: One Brake pad spreader tool

Nukabe Automotive: $1000 in cusco Product

GSC Motorsports: $200 Gift Certicate

Cobb Tuning: Product TBD

Nukabe will have there EVO IX and STI at the track for display and possibly some track time as well.
Enduratech will be there to show off some product and the company car.

To top it ALL OFF. Sport compact car might be sending out a photographer for the day to shoot the event

NOW THAT IS A TRACK DAY!!!!

Now if racing on one of the nicest tracks in the country for $225 isn't enough I would hope the above 5K in product is.

Thank you to all the great companies that donated products. You guys are fantastic!!!!

Call the shop today and book your spot!!!

The TA1 car may be there, and possibly do a few exhibition laps. :thumb:

I just signed up today.

I was pitted next to a white EVO at Road America at the recent F-Body event. It had an AMS sticker on it. Is this another TA car? Or will it be run in some NASA class?

Coming up fast! Don't miss out, we've got about 30 slots left!

How many hrs from NYC? And is this exclusively for DSM's and EVO's or could AMG and "M" owners sign up? My DSM is not ready.:toobad:

NYC..... hmmm I really don't know how long of a drive, maybe you can mapquest or google map it? Our address is: 2442 E Oakton St. - Arlington Heights, IL 60005.

And to answer your second question, this is open to all years, makes and models as long as the vehicle can pass tech. inspection.

Thanks for the interest and hope to see you there!

Does this mean AMS will not be at Putman for the NASA event the same weekend?

If not, looks like I will be the only DSM, and all alone in TTR again.

I see an Evo registered in TTA, but it ain't AMS. At least, I don't think so.

So, not only am I the only DSM again, I will be the sole representative of AMS (I carry an AMS sticker on my car because they built my 2.3 stroker, have been very helpful at the track, and are a bunch of very cool guys--not because I get any sponsorship support).

NASA doesn't list HPDE entries, so I can't tell if any DSMs are running HPDE.

I'd love to go but my car is still making sure those jackstands stay put. :p

Unfortunately no, we will not be attending that event. I believe we will be attending all Redline Time Attack events this season. Best of luck to you!
