Man I'll have to check that out, wasn't but 2 months ago they had a cool article on a guy who bought one of the old racecars from that Firestone endurance cup that used nearly stock dsm's and how he rebuilt it and its history.

Sorry, I haven't gotten back sooner. I was at the NASA - Willow Springs, CA. race, this weekend with Greg. His S/U story is in the NASA SpeedNews section, on pg. 149, of the Aug. 2005 Grassroots Motorsports Mag. (this is a story he wrote for the mag/NASA)
