I tried to install my RC 550 injectors in over the weekend,
and when i turn the key to on position it made clicking noises,
and when i turned the car on gas was leaking.

What my question is, is the top lower insulator suppose to go
into the fuel rail or right below the fuel rail??? Mine stayed below
the fuel rail. Also if I buy new o rings and etc from Road race engineering, is it the same as stock ones???

Just the o-rings on the top of the injector go into the fuel rail, the fuel injector gromit limits the depth the injector goes into the rail.

The o-rings and insulators I received from RRE look just like stock parts.

Where is your gas leaking from?
Did you remember to oil the o-ring and twist the injector into the rail?

At first i used a o ring that I had which looks to be smaller than the ones on the stock injectors. Once i turned the key to on position it made click noises but turned the car on anywas and it started to leak. Than
I put the o ring from the stock injectors. After I did that and put the injectors back together, the same clicking noise was made so i thought it would leak again so i didn't start it. Do you think I should start it???

and i didn't oil the o ring, and from what i know it didn't rip.

Can anybody help me???
It also makes a weird single click noise when I put it onto on position.
And after a while it starts to make that continous clicking noise for a while and goes away. Please let me know if anybody knows anything about this. Thanks

Where are the clicks coming from?

The MPI relay in the center console will click once when you turn the ignition on. The ISC at the throttle body will buzz a bit as the ECU resets it. The fuel pump relay will click when you turn the igniton to start but you might not hear it over the starter and engine cranking. Since the fuel pump doesn't turn on until your starting the car you won't have fuel pressure or see any leaks until you try to start the car, that's why there is a fuel pump check connector under the hood so you can power up the pump and check for leaks.
