Ok so Im pulling my car into the garage and its running fine like normal. I turn it off and see I didnt pull in far enough so I try to go turn it on and NO luck. Nothing happens. Doesnt Crank or even struggle to turn on. Lights, Windows, power everything iw working but I try jump starting it anyways and still no luck. Roll out of the garage and friends push it and were able to turn it on and drive it normally (stalling easily). Go to try and turn it on and once again no luck.

When we turn the keys, the dash lights dim a little bit and u hear the relay"click" and kinda a light whistling sound.

Whats the problem here? Could it be a bad starter? Where is the started on the car located & what should I check? How much is a new starter?

Thanks for all the help.

Hey, not sure of your problem but I just put in a new starter less than a week ago.

The starter cost me $140 with a $30 core charge so that brings it down to $110. The starter is in a tuff spot, its in the back of the engine bay on the transmission. if you take off your uicp and look down on an angle you should be able to see two bolts I believe its the top bolt that you should see a wire tightened down to. Its just a pain in the neck trying to manuever it out through all the other hoses. (note, It wont fit out the bottom of the car!) Hope that helped you out alittle bit.
Also, When I got the new starter back in, the car wouldent even turn over, just a clicking noise...The little black wire that clips on to the starter fell off..just a side note incase it happens to you!

Check your battery voltage. Should be above 12 volts. If you get the car started, check the voltage on the battery. It should be reading above 13volts, as its charging. If the voltage continues to drop, your altenator is shot.

Sounds as though your altenator went bad and the battery voltage is too low to power the engine electronics correctly.

Check fuses underhood in the fuse block. Check fuses in the positive cable on the battery.
