Ok I just installed a EVOIII turbo, ex. manifold, o2 housing, 3" exhuast with 3" CAT, Supra fuel pump(REWIRED), innercooler, dejon upper and lower pipes(2 1/2") with the MAFT blow through setup and 650 injectors. Plus -6AN feed and return lines with a AFPR. My base FP at idle is 43psi. It idles fine and runs smooth under part throtttle.
Now anything over 5psi. and it starts feeling like its missing and sputtering. My fuel trims at idle are 5% ST and 14% LT and my #1 o2 reading is 0.00v and my second is 0.90v. After 5psi my fuel trims go to 0% and timing starts to get pulled.
My questions are:
1. What is going on?
2. With 650 injectors shouldn't I have had to pull fuel at idle? I set it up the way in the MAFT instructions and it ran like shit. Its set at stock now.
3. Shouldn't my fuel trims be higher at idle? Anything I do does not change this.
4. Did I damage my o2 sensor and thats why its reading 0v.? it does go up though it I hit the throttle. Before I ripped it apart they both read somewhere around .9v.
Some please help me.
I know i'm an idiot for installing everything at once but my time is short and I only had a week to do it.
