Buzzing Sound from Relay

This relay is behind the center consle on my 1G and it makes an annoying buzzing sound when I put the key in and take it out of the "Off" position. If I take the relay out the car will not start. What is this relay called and will it styop bussing if I just replace it?

ECU Power Relay = Your Alternator Voltage Regulator may be bad & your ECU may be dying.

Ive actually had a similar problem lately. When i put in the key and turn just the electrical on, I here a buzzing noice for about 2-3 seconds...then it goes off. Mine sounds like its coming from somewhere around the fuel rail.

my saab does it too, but never starts at all. I cant try switching ECU's cause its too cold and stuck in a snow drift. I also scrapped it before hearing it may be a simple problem so now i cant get it back on the road, it'd never, EVER pass safety.

That's usually the ECU stepping the ISC. Try listening over by the throttle body to make sure.

fuel pump control relay.....prob a ecu going bad or maybe the relay itself going out.

I think its something related to the Relay because if I touch it and "bang it" it stops making the noise... its like if it had a little rotor or fan and it was jitting the metal housing.

How do I access my ECU (1990 Talon)... what do I need to remove?
