I was riding around with low brake fluid for a while. One night (first time its ever happened) i went to start mit up and i heard a noise. You could smell my brakes burning and i found out my ebrake wont go off. Its all the way down, it has nothing to do with the screw underneath the center console. No brake light is on or anything but it just wont go off. How do i fix this, any suggestions? on hills i dont roll back at all unless they r very steep HELPPPPPP. I was supposed to go into Nj this afternoon to look at my tsi.

mine is doing the same thing. but its because of cold. and moisture in the cable.

if you have access to a heated garage, or a building over freezing, park your can in it, til it thaws, then dont use it anymore until spring.

Haha. Now that i think about that was the first time i left it outside, and it was a cold night...good advice. How can you prevent that beside keepin the can in heat all night?

Where is it locking up? Ona ll brakes?? Mine locked up before, but just on one of the brakes. I took the brake apart and let the pressure off of the piston thing and it returned to normal. They just freeze up sometimes.:thumb:
