ok i have a 95 GSX with anti lock brakes and i has in the snow one day and i just wanted to see how fast it would stop and i didn't really slam on brakes but i pressed pretty hard and the front wheels locked up i think and it started to vibrate and you could hear it was that just the anti lock brakes trying not to lock up cause it was very slipery? it also did it when i was on a dirt road and hit some mud and slammed on brakes. thanks every one

I don't know if you were thinking Anti Lock Brakes won't lock up for they will. I have no way to determine your tires or conditions of your brakes. You could stop by your local dealer and ask for someone to go for a road test and demonstrate your complaint.

Cheers,

ok my tires and brakes are both in great condition. i know they will lock up but they don't unless i am in snow or mud know if i slam on them on the highway or anything. i think it is just brakes trying not to lock up.
