whistling noise at high RPMs

just curious.....what would cause my car/ a car to make a small whistling sound when im at high RPMs? i have a CAI, but it made the sound before then too. Thanx in advance

if its just the water pump, then its ok, right? or is that not normal. wouldnt my CEL come on if it was a leak of some sort?

My sunroof whistles really loud at about 6k doin 130mph on the highway...
