alright,heres the deal short..

i went form a big16g to a 50 trim..the boost was there at first when i put the turbo on,but it would stutter around 5k rpms..it slowly got worse,to where i cant build any boost at all hardly (a few pounds and with the car stuttering)..changed plugs, gapped at .25 (because i thought i was running super rich),changed o2 sensor, checked compression, checked voltage from wires and ignition system, checked turbo for play(compressor side on the car, havnt taken the turbo off yet to check exhaust side)..so basicaly in a nut shell,i dont have any boost but i have alot of stuttering..pocketlogger shows me that my 02 volts never get above .85 at wot,but then my fuel trims are ALL at 81 all the time..i had slowboy weld the internal flapper shut for my ext gate on the mani,so do you think the weld couldve broke? or cracked?..the car sounds REALLY loud like non turbo loud, and the muffler gets super hot, never did it before, almost like the car is NA..i dont get it,im at a loss here..espeacialy with the o2 volts, and fuel trims..they contradict each other..and i also checked for intake leaks, there were some and we fixed them and it didnt change one bit..this is for all you guroos out there, the problem didnt occure when i changed turbos, but slowly progressed over a months period after installing the 50 trim..once again,i dont get it..thanks for your help..

You might want to open those plugs back up to .028, where they're supposed to be.

yeah i think i will, but they were gapped at .45 before from the last mechanic so i gapped them at .25 for higher boost, before the no boosting problem..so any ideas?..

do you still have a catalytic converter or a test pipe. if you still have a cat it sounds like it may be plugged up and giving you false o2 readings.

did u check ur intercooler piping or bov....i remember on my friends car when his piping was comin undone....it was leakin when he was gettin to high rpm's and cause the same problem as urs.....
