Ive seen this with other 2gs but the fm/am fades in and out whenever i play radio on the stereo. is there an easy fix?

Wow, out there in Corvallis, how far are you trying to pull stations from? FM's only good for about 30-40 miles, AM can double that _if_ the atmosphere cooperates (you can probably pull KGO out of San Francisco at night, but it's awfully tough to dance to).

You may want to look into burning CDs. Lots and lots of them.

It worked fine when i bought it and then it sucked. i figure a wire is loose or something. I just have been to lazy to take it apart, winter does that to me.

a wire loose wouldn't make it fade in and out slowly.. it'd be more likely to flick on and off..
but radio sucks..

agreed :p

i like my MP3 deck that i installed... 200+ songs on one CD

2.. maybe 3 CDs and you're set for a long time

I was thinking of getting a kenwood deck and the kenwood music keg. The music keg is awesome. It has a 20gb or 10gb memory card. Thats alot of music. I would put a laptop so i could make playlists and everything.
