ok i started my car up today and i noticed an odd noise comming near my tranny i think, sounds like a slight metal scrapping, not a constant sound but varies, i think it might be that my flywheel is warped but im not sure. when i push the clutch in the noise stops, when i engage it, it starts to make this noise, this is at idle while in nuetral, anyone know whats wrong, need help asap.

I don't understand "when I engage it" ???

This sound like your pilot shaft bearing which is attached to the clutch disk via a spline. When you press on the clutch pedal the disk stops turning as well as the pilot shaft and bearing. It could also be other bearings in the transmission but I've never heard of a flywhee getting warped. If you have not checked the tranny oil you should do so though it may be too late.

The only other thing in that area is the throwout bearing but from your description it's doesn't sound right.

Cheers,
GTM
