A few questions that i can't figure out.

First question, When i give the car gas, it stutters some but then it slowly stops stuttering. I put on brand new nkg plugs and wires.

Second problem, when i start the car up, puts out a light blue smoke but then stops after a while, but the thing is, it smells like gas and not oil, any idea's?

Thirdly, when i'n lets say going 55mph, and decide to pass someone and give it a good amount of gas, i start smelling something funky, can't quite place the smell, but it's not a good smell.

Any help would be nice, thanks ahead of time guys

has the fuel filter been replaced recently.? Sometimes a dirty/old/clogged fuel filter will make a car stumble..

Have you checked for boost leaks (i.e. pressure test.?)'

That funky smell you are smelling.. Is your car auto or manual.? perhaps that funky, not good smell you are smelling is your clutch, or a combination of runnign rich from a boost leak / clutch....

or you've got an animal stuck in your engine compartment somewhere, and you just happen to smell it when you pass people... (don't laugh, I've pulled a squirrel out of past engine compartmens that have sat for a while, then been started... )

Yeah, i've changed the fuel filter like a month ago and my car is a manual.

I have not checked for boost leaks, is there a store or a device that i can buy to get this done for me? or tell me how to do it.

And no, there is no animal in my engine ;-)
