I've installed a 255 lph walbro, 650 cc, Venom fuel rail, Apexi S-AFC and I have my 1g MAF modified, I'm now encountering the problem that I cannot raise my fuel pressure at idle, max. fuel pressure rate is 19 psi and it should at least 27 psi, I've fitted an adjustable fuel pressure regulator which worked fine on my other car. I've already tried to block the return line but this has no effect in raising the rate and also unplugging the vacuum feed didn't gave any response.

Any suggestion why my fuel pressure is too low?

Kind regards,

Johan

There's probably a problem at the fuel pump. I had the same trouble when I installed my supra pump. It ended up being that the spacer on the part that connects the pump to the the fuel feed line was backed out and most of the fuel was spraying back into the tank instead of going to the enigne.

Check all your connections at the pump.

atleast 27? i think you mean 37. (ed - Not on a 1G, you're thinking for a 2G)
