hey i heard someone say, i should pour oil into the oil fill tube on the turbo, but it came off a running car, it should have plenty to last til the engine gives it a little am i right?>

All you should have to do is take out the MPI fuse near your battery and then crank the engine over for about 5-8 seconds 2 or 3 times. That way the oil gets pumped into the turbo. Then replace the fuse and start her up. Removing the MPI fuse will disable the injectors so that the engine doesn't start.
Hope that helps,
Steve
