I have a 1st gen. talon tsi and it will not start. The clutch feels as if it won't engage far enough to start the engine. Do these cars have any history of problems with the clutch or the sensoers in the clutch causing them not to start? What could the problem be?

Even though I doubt the clutch is the issue, you can try disconnecting the plug near the top of your clutch pedal assembly. Disconnecting that plug will let start your car w/o depressing the clutch pedal.
