Calgary,
Decided to build my motor from ground up after i spun my balance shaft bearings. So went with CP 20 over pistons and eagle rods to start. Got a phone call from the machine shop after hot tanking and they told me the bearings had spun so bad they do not fit back in. I have an eliminator kit but am worried the bearings will fall out. Any suggestions? Thinking of just welding the oil passages shut. Don't know if it as a possibility or not. They sent it out to see if spray welding was possible but they told them no so little fustrated considering just finished paying for machining a bad block. Thanks.

I had the same problem, I took it everywhere no one will fix or block the hole. I bought JB Industro weld the strong stuff and it worked. What I did was mixed the weld up let it harden for 10 minutes, put the JB on a screwdriver and put it on the hole then all around where the bearing goes, let it sit for about 10 minutes put the bearing in and put the JB all around the edges of the block and bearing. It sounds stupid but it worked havent had a problem with it since.
