I replaced my broken oil return line (broken at the flex) with one that I found at a salvage yard. (I was out of town at the time and had to get back home) This one lasted until now. Now it is leaking at the flex and where the pipe meets the flange on the oil pan side. I've read that you can replace the flex portion with some kind of hose which I would do but that doesnt fix the leak at the flange. (I assume it is rusted through since the car i took it off of had been sitting for awhile.)

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place I could order a new one besides the dealer because I've heard that those are known for leaking as well. Thanks.

Searching has given me the hose fix knowledge, but not a real clear answer on where to get one. And i have no talent really so making one is probably out of the question.

yes...it is not leaking on the gasket side but on the side where the pipe plugs into the flange
