OK, IT STARTED HAPPING A COUPLE WEEKS AGO, ILL START MY CAR AND I HEAR A TICKING GRADUALLY BECOMMING LOUDER BY THE WEEK, AFTER ABOUT 3 OR 4 MIN THE TICKING JUST STOPS AND IT SOUNDS NORMAL AGAIN, SO THEN I TAKE OFF, THEN I GET THE URGE TO HAUL A** ILL FLOOR IT IN 2ND AND IT FEEL NICE THEN A QUICK SHIFT INTO 3RD AND IT STARTS TO PULL AND PULL SOME MORE THEN ALL THE SUDDEN WAM:confused:..... THE CAR FEELS LIKE IT HIT A BRICK WALL FOR A SPLIT SECOND AND STOPS...BUT IT GOES NORMAL RIGHT AFTER THAT....I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT COULD BE...MY TIMMING BELT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED YET AND ITS RIGHT AT 65K MILES COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM..SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME:cry:

The sudden Wam sounds to me like fuel cut how much boost are you running? The tick sounds to me like lifter tick which is also common does it do this when it is cold or it could be slight detnonation hence running to lean where the fuel cut comes into play. If you dont have a mbc then i would suggest bypassing your bcs by pulling the hole on the intake plugging then getting rid of the T that comes from the bcs to boost supply to actuator and running on cav line from the turbo to the actuator. I had the same problem and it worked for me.

it could be the boost, it spikes up to about 18 or 19 then quickly goes back to 16 then drops from there...thats the T-25 for ya...although i have not payed attention to what boost level it does it at i will have to see...but im really not looking forward to putting myc ar threw that again, and yes i have a manual boost controller...if the lifters are ticking then is that bad? what can i do about it?.....thanks guys for helping me out
