Is this something minor??

Just recelently i have been hearing a repeated scraping noise at low speeds, which seems to be coming from the back left tire(looking at the car).Never heard it before, just wondering what it could be.
Any ideas? its an AT if that helps any

If it is a scrapping noise then it is probably your brakes.
