I've had my car for about 6 months now and the oil pressure gauge has given me no reason for any concern until today on my way home from Miami. At highway speeds (80), it started to drop into the low area of the display. It would hover there for a couple minutes and then return to normal. A couple minutes there, then back down low etc. back and forth. I stayed at a constant speed, coasted, and accelerated....nothing really seemed to remedy the problem or have much of an effect. Shes full of oil too. Any ideas?
thanks, Andy

So long as your level's okay, it's probably the sensor readying itself for a nice, long nap on a scrap pile. You can test it, or for the little they cost, just replace it.

It could also be the wire going to it being loose, and wobbling in the airstream.
