how do i take all of this cruise control off

You can take out all of the cruise and only have to make/modify one thing, a bracket for the throttle cable.

Take the cable that comes out of the firewall and make a bracket for it. Everything else comes out. You need a piece of metal to bolt onto the intake manifold, that comes out to hold the cable, and looks like a fork (a big enough slit for the threads to slide in and the two nuts to tighten to it).

This makes a lot of room in the engine bay, and you dont have the cables wrapping around the intake manifold.

Hope this helps.

take out the unit, and if you want to do it perfectly you can replace the throttle cable completely w/ one from a non-cruise control equipped car
