A/F Readings Low MMCD Log readings included

I recently just installed a set of 450cc injectors.I bought a a/f meter from Dawes Devices. I start the car I get a green light then yellow then red. Normal driving in the city I just get the red light to flash here and there.At WOT I get NO lights. I do have 1 broken exhaust manifold bolt on the bottom of #4 and 1 crack.I ohm tested my o2 sensor at 60F it read 6.0 ohms it is 6 months old.

This log was made with overdrive OFF.I was doing around 65-67 mph.I will get a Aactual WOT reading later tonight on the highway
Any help on my problem or feed back would be great.Thanks

Are you sure that the A/F gauge is hooked up right? Not trying to be a smart ass, make sure you have it hooked up to the right signal wire.

Dawes device's instructions said black wire is the signal wire and grey is the ground wire on the 4 wire 02 sensor.So I wired it as per the instructions.

I have it all soldered in already is there a difference in connecting to the tap in the harness as opposed to the O2 sensor signal wire in the engine bay?I went Wot tonight and the datalogger gives me a O2 reading of 0.0vstarting at 3312rpm all the way up to 3937rpm(14 seconds) I let of the gas and at 3343rpm the o2 starts giveing voltage again at a steady climb starting at 0.01v up to 0.52v (I'm now down to 2968rpm) and then goes back to erratic up and down(looks like a heart monitor read out) until I get down to 2250 rpm and then it goes to 0.0v for 14 seconds(again) then back to erratic again.I'm confused over all this.
