I need the lower gaskets needed for removing the balance shafts (Turbo Drain Tube, Oil Pump Cover, Oil Filter Bracket, and Oil Pan). Where's the best place to get get possibly a lower set? I've found a few good gasket locations, but I'm having trouble getting part#'s or listings for the ones I need.

mitsu does not use gaskets for the oil pan, and 3 out of 4 times i have tried it, they have leaked... just use Permatex Ultra Gray silicon... autozone carries it... same shtuff the dealer uses.
The 3 oil pump gaskets are about $15.. you'll just need oil return tube gaskets also, and you should replace your front crank seal while you're in there.

Should all run you about 25$ or so. (retail pricing, of course)

I deffinitely appreciate the help, but I went ahead and got a complete Fel-pro lower set ordered. I got the car torn down last night so I wanted to get the gaskets on thier way for reassembly. BTW, balance shafts are kind of a bi***!! Thanks for the responses!!

Felpro is a good choice. My brother is using that for his lower set. Sorry for bumping into this old thread. Just wanted to share.
