hey guys just need a little help

well this is not makeing me mad and i cant drive with it anymore. my rpms jump from 700 to 900 also down to 600 sometime 500 rpms. also when i let off the gas my rpm's drop and car almost dies, my vac goes to almost 0. my vac idel is 13 so this mite be the problem but i just want a few options on what this could be and what i should check

ps yes i did a search and thanks for all of you who help me
 
-Best if you have an air compressor, I don't think those little tire compressor will work because it's too noisy for you to track down the leak, bicycle only work if you have a very tiny hole, and very tiresome.

-I turn the pressure regulator on my compressor down to ~16 lbs, with a 2" plastic pipe cap on a 2" rubber coupler from home depot, I cap the turbo inlet, hook a rubber hose to the brake booster nibble on the intake manifold, listen for leak.
-Another way is with the motor idleing, gently spray small amount of carburator cleaner to the suspect area, RPM will increase if the leak is there.
