hi, i have a very wierd problem with my transmission. i was trying to reduce my ATF fluid because my dip stick says it exceeds the level so i drain some after draining about a liter it is still exceeding the hot level. so i decided thats ok already when i run my car it was not shifting properly and jerking wild. so i got back home put some atf back it reduce a little but there is still jerking and the shifing is not nice anymore it revs up to 7t to 8t then before it kicks back and shift to higher level. i'm planning to drain all and put back new mobil synthetic atf again. can you suggest anything please. how many liters is the correct for the transmission and how to check. thank you

Yikes! Don't use Mobil ATF.
Go to a Mitsubishi dealer and get Diamond ATF.
Our AT/MT trannies are quite picky.
Read up on this website for good A/T tranny stuff.

By the way, I dunno about liters, but my 2g AWD A/T takes 5 quarts exactly.
